Your email address, the flight number and date you check, and the result of the check. We use this to send you your result, to contact you about taking your claim forward when our filing service opens, and to tell you about this service. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing means we stop contacting you.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to flight compensation. The flight check itself uses only the flight number and date; your email is never sent to any flight data provider.
Flight checks and your email are kept while they are useful for your potential claim, and deleted on request at any time. When we run a claim for you, personal data is deleted 30 days after the claim completes; we keep only anonymised records and cryptographic receipts.
UK GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email privacy@eu261delay.co.uk and we will act on it within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
The checker works without cookies. If we add analytics, it will be cookie-free or consent-based and this notice will say so.
